SOSO CARE is a low-cost health insurance that aims to enable millions of Nigerians to access care across over 1000 hospitals nationwide. People can pay cash or use their recyclables like pet bottles as payment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Assist in creating engaging content for Soso Care’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Help manage and schedule posts, track engagement, and interact with our community online.
  • Email Marketing: Support the creation of email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital communications. Help with audience segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking to ensure high engagement rates.
  • SEO & Website Content Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines, ensuring that our digital presence ranks well and reaches potential customers. Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Digital Advertising: Help design and implement paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Internal & External Communication: Assist in drafting internal communications and external press releases, ensuring alignment with our overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or a keen interest in content creation (e.g., writing, graphics, video).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Canva) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital data and optimize strategies.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
