Job Summary:

Our client is seeking to hire a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Associate who will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and also engage with our target audience.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background in digital advertising, particularly in Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure campaigns are effectively reaching and resonating with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets and content for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to improve campaign performance continuously and drive results.

Key Requirements:

  • B.Sc degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field.
  • 1+ Years of experience as a digital marketer in a religious organization or within the faith-based community.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
