Job Summary
- We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing/Content Creative Executive to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and manage our social media presence.
- The successful candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media, as well as excellent creative, writing, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
Content Creation:
- Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, video) for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Manage and maintain the company's content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content publication.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform content creation.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze digital marketing and social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track digital marketing and social media performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent creative, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Experience with social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
