Job Summary
- We're looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & E-commerce Assistant to manage e-commerce websites, create engaging content, and grow social media accounts. This role also involves client interaction via dedicated WhatsApp groups.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce websites (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and ensure product listings are optimized.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, blog posts) for social media and websites.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, SEO, and social media performance.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising.
- Interface with clients in and provide prompt responses.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
