Job Overview
- We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to optimize campaigns, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our institution’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student recruitment and enrollment growth through effective digital marketing initiatives across major online platforms
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure optimal reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes
- Maintain a strong, user-friendly institutional digital presence that supports academic information delivery and brand credibility
- Ensure digital messaging and promotional materials are aligned with institutional objectives and intake timelines
- Deliver periodic performance insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Support institutional visibility through market awareness and competitive landscape assessments
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in institutional marketing materials across digital and print channels
- Support institutional events, outreach programs, and engagement activities to enhance brand presence
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to strengthen student experience, communication effectiveness, and institutional reputation
Requirements
- BSc, HND, or OND in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector
- Strong Excel skills and experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) for student lead tracking
- Hands-on experience with SEM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media management
- Knowledge of email marketing
- Familiarity with marketing research tools such as SEMrush
- Strong communication skills with an understanding of communication philosophy
- Relevant marketing certifications are an added advantage.
