Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist with a proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have generated over 1 billion Naira in sales.
- The ideal candidate is a confident content creator, comfortable on camera, and proficient in leveraging AI to optimize marketing efforts.
- You will manage all facets of digital marketing—from content creation and social media management to SEO, ads, email, WhatsApp outreach, and B2B testing—while driving brand awareness and customer engagement for both our healthcare and EV offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with continuous AI-driven enhancements.
Social Media & Content Management
- Build and expand Aventa’s social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that resonates with target audiences in both the healthcare and EV sectors.
- Capture high-quality visual content and confidently present on camera to drive brand storytelling and engagement.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Utilize AI-driven insights to conduct A/B testing and optimize strategies, ensuring consistent ROI and performance improvements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, refine strategies, and drive decision-making.
B2B Testing & Lead Generation
- Design and execute targeted B2B marketing initiatives and testing to identify new opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business development goals.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns and achieving significant sales growth.
Technical & Marketing Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, social media management, digital advertising, email marketing, and B2B testing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and various AI-driven marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to capture compelling content, including being camera confident for on-screen presentations.
