Job Summary

- The successful candidate will need to demonstrate expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
- The Digital Marketing Lead will be required to leverage various digital channels, analyse data, and employ effective strategies to attract and convert prospects into leads.
- This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies through various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and implement innovative tactics to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and engaging content that attracts and retains the target audience.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement to enhance lead-generation efforts.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Implement CRO strategies to enhance the conversion rates of landing pages, emails, and other digital assets.
- Test the various elements to identify the most effective approaches for lead conversion.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is aligned on campaign goals and performance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- At least 6 years proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation. Preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Experience with lead generation best practices beyond digital marketing connecting back to the organisation into sales and service processes.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
