Job Description:
- Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality blog posts, videos, and other content that aligns with our brand's values and resonates with our target audience.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling newsletters, promotions, and product announcements.
- Online Advertising: Collaborate with the team to develop and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, conducting customer surveys, collating feedbacks and interpreting same to providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and potential clients across digital channels, addressing inquiries and building relationships.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team by creating digital materials and marketing collateral that facilitate product sales and conversions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
