It empowers healthcare providers to maintain a closer monitoring of their patients and oversee their practice via online platforms. It facilitates proactive support to patients by actively participating in their healthcare journey and easily accessing their personal health information. It also provides a centralize patient health data hub to enhance speedy access to comprehensive patients’ healthcare information.

Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of leadership. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Manage cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to enhance ROI.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, on-brand content tailored to target audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement using analytics tools.
  • Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Proven leadership experience, including team management and independent decision-making.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience marketing SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
