Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at BrandCo Nigeria Limited.
  • The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing activities to promote high-street brands in the urban African market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital campaigns, social media strategy, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Email marketing expertise (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Ability to craft compelling content for various digital channels.
  • Proficiency in visual design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
