Role Overview
- This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional with a successful track record of devising digital strategies and campaigns in a fast moving and fast growth environment particularly digital assets.
- Reports to Senior Management and will be responsible for executing and contributing to the creation of cost-effective digital marketing programs and communications that ultimately drive sales at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
- The successful candidate will develop digital solutions to increase customer acquisition using a range of digital channels including web, social, advertising, SEO, CRM and PR to drive traffic and conversion, in particular.
- Lead website performance and drive permanent evolution – improve SEO performance and drive content strategy that goes with it.
- develop strategy for social networks to complement the SEM activity – develop new digital solutions to accelerate growth (ambassador programs, FB community, Instagram, tik tok etc)
- Monitor performance and constantly optimise the campaigns.
Job Role
- Proven working experience in digital marketing particularly in Digital Assets.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Design, build and maintain company’s social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Ensure exponential increase in all sales projections and target.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance and ROI, tying channel performance to company financial targets.

Qualifications

- Must have extensive CRM experience.

- An experience in digital assets trading will be an added advantage.
Job Qualifications & Competencies:
