About this role
- The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our marketing strategy and execution for Grazac initiatives. You will work with content creators, designers, social media strategists and customer support to increase awareness of our academy, co-working space and other digital products we have at Grazac.
- This role requires someone who is growth-oriented, resourceful, entrepreneurial at heart, conscious of the bottom line and most importantly doesn't need someone to force them to get their work done.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
- Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all digital channels.
- Lead and oversee the activities of the Growth/Marketing Team.
- Communicate and represent the team where necessary, internally and externally.
- Create strategies to drive more talents to learn with our academy.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. Requirement and Skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
- Expertise with SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Semrush.
- Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse environment.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or Trello) Nice to have.
- Experience working in an ed-tech company or startup environment.
- Volunteering for organizations in the same or similar roles.
