Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, analysing performance metrics, and implementing innovative digital campaigns to grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and reels.
  • Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a loyal online community.
  • Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Develop high-quality visual and written content for social media, email marketing, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, videographers, and influencers to enhance content quality.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to improve organic reach and website ranking.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media insights to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
  • Manage online reputation, respond to reviews, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Plan and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to improve conversions.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing or food/QSR industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot).
  • Video editing and graphic design skills are an advantage.
