Job Overview:

  • As the Digital Marketing Manager at Koolboks, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and devise strategies to engage and convert them.

Online Presence Management:

  • Oversee the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and ranking.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Lead the development of engaging and relevant digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize social media channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences.

Advertising:

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and promote products and services.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on analytics.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, detailing key performance indicators and recommending optimizations.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies.

Team Leadership:

Qualifications:
