Zino is an experienced British-Nigerian Commercial Pilot who holds Airplane, Helicopter and UAV licenses. As a holder of EASA, FAA, as well as NCAA licenses, he has conducted flight training across the world and is highly conversant in flight training processes and practices.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence, boost brand visibility, and drive customer engagement through strategic digital campaigns.
  • This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical marketer who can effectively use digital channels to attract, engage, and convert potential clients. 
  • The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee social media, content creation, Search Engine Optimization, paid advertising, and data-driven marketing strategies while also contributing to business development, partnerships, and customer experience initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in executing successful campaigns, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to take on responsibilities beyond marketing. Expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media strategy, and email marketing is essential, along with a data-driven approach to tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance.
  • As part of a fast-growing start-up, the Digital Marketing Manager should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable handling diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilites

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Zino Aviation’s growth objectives.
  • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
  • Create and optimize high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, videos, graphics, email campaigns) to attract and retain customers.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Improve website performance and search visibility through SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Zoho MarketingHub, HubSpot, or SEMrush to refine campaigns.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized and effective communication with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify and implement automation tools to enhance digital marketing efficiency, improving lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue generation efforts.
  • Train and manage a high-performing team of digital marketing executives, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, ensuring Zino Aviation remains competitive.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing or relevant subject (not essential but desirable).
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools:
  • SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Paid Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot
  • Social Media Management: Zoho Social, Hootsuite, Buffer
  • Graphic & Video Editing: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience in writing compelling digital content.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop unique marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven, able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring timely execution of marketing plans.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, able to optimize marketing performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, supporting sales, customer service, and business development.
