Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Lagos.
- You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Your role will also involve working closely with various teams to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms (blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website).
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and creative) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing platforms.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
