Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Lagos. 
  • You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. 
  • Your role will also involve working closely with various teams to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising).
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms (blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and creative) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing platforms.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
