Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor digital strategies to meet their specific needs.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow clients' social media presence.
  • Devise and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize email strategies to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Client Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring our digital strategies align with their overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and integrated marketing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in a marketing agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas (very critical).
