Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor digital strategies to meet their specific needs.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with our creative team to ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand messaging.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow clients' social media presence.
- Devise and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
SEO and SEM:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize email strategies to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Client Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring our digital strategies align with their overall marketing goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in a marketing agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
