Job Overview:

  • As a Digital Marketing/Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and generate leads for our property listings. You will also be involved in direct sales activities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to our growth in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms to promote property listings and drive traffic to the company’s website.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials, for both FBG Estate and FBN Travel.
  • Ad Management: Design, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • SEO Optimization: Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks to improve search engine rankings for property listings and the company’s website.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to reach potential buyers, nurture leads, and promote new property listings and company updates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Sales:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential buyers through various online channels, including social media, email, and the company’s website.
  • Customer Relations: Engage with prospective buyers, answer inquiries, provide information about properties, and schedule viewings.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide potential buyers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the real estate sector. Use this information to adjust marketing and sales strategies.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Front Desk Application: Operate the front desk application to manage appointments, viewings, and customer interactions.
  • IT Support: Assist with basic IT support tasks, including network issues, email management, and creating ID cards for new staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or sales are a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Certification).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in managing Facebook and Instagram ads, creating engaging content, and performing SEO tasks.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and creating marketing materials.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, ChatGPT), Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic IT support tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
