- We are looking for a creative Digital Marketer and Social Media Specialist to develop and manage marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and grow our social media presence while acquiring leads and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Manage and optimize online ads to increase company and brand awareness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer and Social Media Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and online marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
