Purpose of Position
To lead and drive digital marketing initiatives within the School, and formulate effective strategies to achieve the School’s objectives through digital channels. The role encompasses overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. The digital Marketing and Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall digital strategy of the School, contributing to its growth, brand visibility, and market positioning in the digital landscape. Ultimately, the purpose of the role is to leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance the School’s presence, engage target audiences, and drive successful outcomes aligned with School’s goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/KEY JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but not limited to the following:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve annual growth in online brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement, resulting in increase in market share.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, aiming for increase in leads generated.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, with the goal of achieving improvement in conversion rates through A/B testing.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content, resulting in increase in organic search traffic.
- Implement content distribution and promotion strategies to achieve increase in social media engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, aiming for improvement in data accuracy.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, with the target of achieving increase in overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring reduction in CPA through efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor spending against budget and adjust strategies as needed to achieve improvement in budget efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Implement training programs and strategies to ensure the team stays at the forefront of digital marketing trends, resulting in increase in team productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals, resulting in increase in cross-functional synergy.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels, achieving a 10% improvement in brand visibility.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Professional Qualification
- Relevant digital Marketing Certifications.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 6 years in Strategy and Digital Marketing.
