Our client, a leading all-in-one fraud and compliance platform for financial institutions and fintech, is seeking a Digital Media & Marketing Associate who will play a key role in content creation, podcast production, video editing, YouTube management, and social media marketing. This person will be responsible for developing engaging visual and written content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and email newsletters, supporting event marketing, and overseeing the production of the organization’s podcast and video series. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone with a strong storytelling ability, design sense, and technical skills in video production, writing, graphic design, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Design visually compelling LinkedIn posts, infographics, event banners, and digital marketing materials that align with the organization’s brand.
- Create marketing collateral for webinars, roundtables, and industry events, including flyers, brochures, and slide decks.
- Design and maintain product guides, whitepapers, and customer onboarding materials to support sales and customer success teams.
- Convert long-form content (articles, reports, webinars) into engaging, digestible formats for social media, including video and infographics.
Video Production & Editing
- Edit and produce short-form videos for LinkedIn and YouTube, including expert interviews, product explainer videos, and customer testimonials.
- Create animated explainer videos and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Manage the post-production of event recap videos, promotional trailers, and product demo videos.
- Assist in writing scripts for video content, podcasts, and product explainers.
- Oversee the production of the organization’s podcast and video interview series, including scheduling, recording, and editing.
- Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and planning for episodes.
- Optimize video and podcast content for engagement on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage the organization’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent content posting and engagement with the community.
- Manage and optimize the organization’s YouTube channel, ensuring videos are properly categorized, tagged, and titled for SEO.
- Develop thumbnail designs, descriptions, and keyword strategies to maximize video reach.
- Track and analyze YouTube video performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor marketing strategies, and audience engagement best practices.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for blog content, newsletters, and social media campaigns to optimize future marketing efforts.
Event Marketing & Support
- Assist in the execution of webinars, roundtables, and closed-door sessions, ensuring high-quality branding and promotion.
- Design and coordinate event-related materials such as invitations, registration pages, and post-event reports.
- Support marketing efforts for the organization’s compliance-focused events and industry engagements.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital media marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Work on lead generation strategies through digital platforms, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Experience with YouTube content strategy and optimization (SEO, thumbnails, playlists, and engagement tactics).
- Experience with podcast production and video content creation.
- Demonstrable experience that aligns with the key responsibilities of the role
- Familiarity with social media management particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience with marketing for fintech, compliance, or SaaS industries is an advantage.
