Job Summary

  • We are looking for someone who is humble, drive and ambitious to approach sales and insurance in an on unconventional method. Key responsibilities will include as fellows:

Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute our digital growth strategy tailored to our goals and market dynamics.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and our customer segments.

Channel Strategy and Management:

  • Channel Selection: Determine which digital channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO) are most effective for reaching target audiences.
  • Channel Optimization: Continuously optimize channel performance to maximize ROI and adapt strategies based on performance data.

Lead Generation and Sales Development:

  • Lead Acquisition: Implement tactics to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates from leads to paying customers.

Performance Tracking and Analytics:

  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and sales channels.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Campaign Execution:

  • Campaign Design: Create and launch digital marketing campaigns that align with growth objectives.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine campaigns and improve performance.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Acquisition Tactics: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers through various digital channels.
  • Retention Strategies: Create and manage initiatives to retain existing customers, such as loyalty programs and personalized offers.

Content and Messaging:

  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content that drives traffic and supports sales efforts.
  • Messaging Consistency: Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all digital channels.

Partnerships and Collaboration:

  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other digital partners to expand reach and drive growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., product, customer support, engineering) to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.

Budget Management:

  • Cost Control: Optimize spend to achieve maximum growth impact while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Technology and Tools:

  • Tool Selection: Identify and implement digital tools and platforms that enhance growth and sales efforts.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with existing systems and processes.

Market Research and Adaptation:

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.
