Role Overview

  • We’re looking for a tech-savvy, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Sales & Fulfillment Coordinator.
  • This role is perfect for someone who understands how online orders work, can navigate multiple social media platforms, coordinate with the fulfillment team, and engage directly with customers to ensure a smooth end-to-end e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and manage online orders from confirmation to packaging and delivery.
  • Coordinate with the team arranging orders and ensure timely dispatch of items.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, or chat, resolving basic concerns or escalating as needed.
  • Send order confirmations and delivery updates via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels, and delivery status.
  • Use social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) to support order flow and communication.
  • Assist in uploading products to the e-commerce site (images, prices, and basic descriptions).
  • Handle simple administrative duties such as email communication, light stock checks, and customer feedback tracking.
  • Monitor comments and DMs on social platforms and flag or respond to customer questions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or sales support.
  • Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, or online selling platforms.
  • Must be digitally smart and organized — able to track orders and update records without confusion.
  • Good communication skills — able to send basic emails, make follow-up calls, and write simple messages to customers.
  • Must be proactive, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented.
