JOB SUMMARY 

Our client is in need of a dynamic Digital Sales Team Lead to join their team. As a Digital Sales Team Lead, you\'ll be responsible for driving digital sales and maximizing revenue. You\'ll be the go-to expert on all things related to digital sales strategies, managing a team of digital sales executives, and ensuring we meet our sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  2. Create and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies aligned with overall business goals. 
  3. Conduct online sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. 
  4. Negotiate pricing and close deals within established sales cycles. 
  5. Manage customer accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  6. Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage and qualify leads. 
  7. Lead and mentor a team of digital sales representatives. 
  8. Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching. 
  9. Develop and implement training programs to enhance digital sales skills.
  10. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through online engagement.
  11. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to identify new digital sales opportunities.
  12. Manage a team of digital sales executives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum performance.
  13. Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  14. Forecast quarterly and annual profits and adjust budgets as needed.
  15. Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize marketing efforts.
  16. Keep up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Digital Sales Lead for at least 3 years. 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES 

  1. Solid knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools (Freshdesk and shopify).
  2. Experience in setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  3. Experience in meeting target sales and customers management
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
