Overview:

  • As the Digital Transformation Manager at Landmark Africa Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital evolution of our organization.
  • You will lead strategic initiatives to leverage technology, enhance processes, and foster innovation across all departments.
  • This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital trends and a proven track record of driving successful transformational projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Technology Integration: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies and digital tools to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives by fostering a culture of innovation, driving adoption of digital solutions, and providing training and support to employees.
  • Data Management: Oversee the development of data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
  • Digital Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, and other channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Champion initiatives to enhance the digital customer experience, including website optimization, mobile app development, and online customer support.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Risk Management: Assess potential risks and challenges associated with digital transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through digital innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
