For 14 Years, Horkey International Limited has supplied its customers with the right dredging equipment no matter the dredging job.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all company documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
  • Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in attending to bids and tenders, ensuring that all submissions meet the required standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures.
  • Manage the distribution and filing of documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Monitor and control the flow of documents, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Prepare and submit bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for bid and tender submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all bids and tenders, including tracking their status and outcomes.
  • Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports related to bids and tenders.
  • Ensure that all document control activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in document control, records management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in handling bids and tenders is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years work experience.
