Job Responsibilities :
- To Generate Daily, weekly and monthly MIS Reports of Transport.
- Analyzing the data and interpreting helpful for decision making.
- Collecting the details required for making the reports.
- Preparing the Dashboard & reports of key factors of Transport Business.
- To prepare the transport budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
- To prepare the Fleet Maintenance & Operational Budget and keep monitoring the actuals.
- To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
Job Requirements:
- BSC/ MSc Degree in Management / Commerce/Computer Engineering.
- Relevant experience of a minimum of 5-10 years would be needed.
- Must have worked with Transportation company.
- Well-versed with MS Excel and MS Word and Power Point presentation.
- As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria.
- Technical Proficiency, A solid understanding of databases, and software applications is crucial.
- Communication Skills and ability to coordinate between cross-functional team.
- Analytical Skills and Strategic Thinking.
