Summary of Responsibilities

  • Design all marketing campaign graphics and develop campaign contents.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing data base, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify potential clients and follow through for buy-in to our services and product lines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • First degree or postgraduate qualification from a reputable institution.
  • An MBA would be an advantage  
  • 3-5 years in a core sales/marketing or business development function.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge in a corporate marketing section of an organization is an added advantage.

Core Competencies

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience of using various digital/ electronic business tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Graphics design
  • Marketing and brand promotion skills 
  • Excellent design, communication and presentation skills
  • Emotionally and socially intelligent
