Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Graphics & Digital Marketing Associate to support our brand growth and online presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual assets, executing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, and driving engagement and conversions across digital platforms.
- This role requires a balance of creative design skills and hands-on digital marketing execution, with a strong focus on performance and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
- Conduct audience research and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and ROI
- Support SEO, email marketing, and website content initiatives where required
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Graphics & Creative Design:
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, website, presentations, and marketing materials
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Create visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams on campaign concepts and execution.
Content & Brand Management:
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visuals, and storytelling across all digital touchpoints
- Support internal teams with creative and marketing materials as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital Marketing and Graphic Design
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Ads Manager, etc.)
- Understanding of paid ads, content performance tracking, and conversion metrics
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
