Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize content marketing strategies to support growth initiatives.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Stay in tune with industry trends, online trends, and emerging technologies to create relevant and compelling content.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to develop data-driven marketing campaigns and content calendars.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (like GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, and others) to manage campaigns and track performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform content strategies.
- Monitor content performance and report on KPIs and metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Continuously explore new content formats and channels to increase reach and engagement.
- Engage with the community and respond to comments and feedback to foster relationships and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience with marketing tools and platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas and adapt to fast-changing trends.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media trends.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proximity to Yaba, Lagos is preferred for easy access to hybrid work arrangements.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity.
