JOB SUMMARY

  • The Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications (MCC) is responsible for leading the strategic marketing efforts for the company, with a primary focus on B2B services.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of how to engage with key partners, including OEMs, distributors, and local partners, to drive effective co[1]marketing initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative marketing and marketing analytics capabilities to translate marketing efforts into measurable business opportunities and revenue growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives, focusing on B2B services. Partnership Engagement:
  • Create and manage marketing partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and local partners to ensure collaborative and effective marketing efforts that maximize joint value and reach. Quantitative Marketing:
  • Utilize quantitative marketing techniques to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform and optimize marketing strategies. Marketing Analytics:
  • Implement advanced marketing analytics tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of corporate communications strategies that enhance brand awareness and reputation in the market. Content and Campaign Management:
  • Lead the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content and campaigns across various channels to engage target audiences and drive lead generation and conversion. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Manage and mentor the marketing and corporate communications team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve high performance and professional growth. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing investments.
