Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communication Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency and a strong corporate identity across all communication channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide strategic recommendations for communication improvements.

Public Relations & Media Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.

Internal Communications

  • Develop and implement internal communication initiatives to align employees with the company’s vision and values.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Create newsletters, memos, and other internal materials to keep employees informed.

Stakeholder & Investor Relations

  • Manage communication with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and messaging for investor relations and corporate meetings.
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication between the company and its stakeholders.

Digital & Social Media Communication

  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content and social media platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong media relations, storytelling, and crisis management skills.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, investor relations, and reputation management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple communication channels.
