- The Head of IT Managed Services will provide commercial, technical and operational leadership of the IT managed services division and delivering IT transformation projects for clients.
- This strategic and hands-on role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing and enhancing IT services delivery, building strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence.
- The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the IT managed services department, ensuring the delivery of high- quality services, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the IT managed services division in alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to the IT managed services team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
IT Managed Service Technical Delivery
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of IT managed services, OEM Services and IT advisory and business process outsourcing to clients, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement best practices and standards to optimize service delivery processes and maximize client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, training, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging creativity and a commitment to excellence.
Commercials Leadership and Sales
- Develop and manage the IT managed services budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop pricing strategies for IT services
- Sales leadership of the IT Managed Services business including signing up partners, negotiating discounts and opening Sales/Commercial opportunities with clients
Technology and Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Professional – unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character; Who has demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within IT managed services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
