Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that supports the organization’s digital marketing, branding, and communication goals
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure IT initiatives enhance digital marketing efforts, such as website optimization, SEO, and content distribution
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms with business intelligence tools and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in marketing technologies to continuously improve the company’s digital marketing capabilities
- Manage the organization’s website infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and user experience
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all dealings, both personal and professional
- A proactive attitude and ability to find solutions to problems as they arise
- Oversee the integration of analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
- Ensure the company’s digital platforms support consistent branding across websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to align IT strategies with the broader goals of digital marketing, branding, and content creation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools to drive insights from marketing data
