Key Responsibilities
- Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's data and systems from threats.
- Project Management: Managing IT projects, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation.
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring that IT policies and procedures are followed within the organization.
- System Administration: Managing and maintaining servers, databases, and other IT systems.
- Hardware and Software Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components.
- Network Management: Managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Disaster Recovery: Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Training: Providing training to users on IT-related topics.
- Infrastructure Management: Overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Technical Support: Providing support to users on IT-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3-6 years work experience.
