Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-line support to users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's ICT assets and data.
- Network & Infrastructure: Establish, manage, and maintain computer networks and servers to ensure their efficient operation.
- User Training: Train staff on the effective use of ICT tools and applications to enhance productivity.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
- Project Management: Manage IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors for ICT-related products and services.
- Knowledge Building: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and recommend relevant improvements.
- System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT hardware and software.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.
