Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support for end-users, locally and remotely.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps, ensuring swift issue resolution.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on PCs with periodic preventive care.
- Manage IT security and ensure compliance with Data Protection Regulations.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in ICT support.
- Proficiency in computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good project management skills.
