Company: Health and Wellness Startup Specializing in Herbal Remedies
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Research & Outreach: Identify and build lists of TikTok and YouTube influencers and emerging creators for campaigns, PR mailers, and product seeding.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in outreach efforts, negotiate gifted and paid partnerships with micro-influencers, and track campaign progress to ensure content is delivered on time.
- Seeding Management: Place and manage 50+ influencer and media seeding orders monthly via Shopify.
- Community Engagement: Support social media community management by engaging with influencers and relevant brands to nurture relationships.
- Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media trends, viral content, and hashtags to identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and creative campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Maintain partnership trackers, manage invoices, update campaign performance reports, and provide general administrative support.
- Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to ideate influencer campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- Interest or 1+ year experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, and influencer trends.
- Familiarity with outreach and basic negotiation for partnerships (micro-influencer experience is a plus).
- Basic familiarity with Shopify for placing orders.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional influencer outreach.
- Passion for social media trends, content creation, and relationship building.
