OVERALL FUNCTION
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Integrated Marketing Specialist (Referrals, Emails, Events) will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and growth through the planning and execution of events, email marketing campaigns, and the management of the referral programme. This role requires a highly organized, creative, and results-driven individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events (e.g., webinars, conferences, workshops, and networking events), managing all logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions, including list management, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
- Oversee the referral programme, ensuring it aligns with company goals, driving customer acquisition, and increasing participation through targeted strategies and rewards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of events, email campaigns, and referral programme initiatives.
- Create compelling content for emails, event promotions, and referral programme communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for events, email campaigns, and the referral programme, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize processes and strategies across events, email marketing, and the referral programme to enhance engagement, participation, and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices across all marketing and programme activities.
- Manage budgets for events, email marketing, and referral programme initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum impact.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and support for marketing and programme goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in events management, email marketing, and programme management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
