About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager Intern to join our team.
  • This 1-year internship is perfect for individuals passionate about brand growth, audience engagement, and digital storytelling. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a world-class social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an engaging and data-driven social media strategy aligned with our brand and business objectives.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content (graphics, videos, animations) to engage and expand our online audience.
  • Utilize strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) to craft visually appealing content.
  • Oversee and optimize paid social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to execute effective campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and brand ambassadors.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and best practices to keep our strategy innovative.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of growing brand engagement and presence across multiple platforms.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience in video editing and content creation for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Ability to develop and manage paid social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
