Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality Ltd (SITH) was established in 2019 as the hospitality division of the Skyline Group in Nigeria. SITH is the franchisee for Pizza Hut in Nigeria (all regions except Lagos). Pizza Hut is part of Yum Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants). Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality is thefastest growing F&B company in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Software Management: Installing, updating, and troubleshooting software, operating systems, and applications.
  • User Support: Providing technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
  • Backups and Disaster Recovery: Performing regular backups and implementing disaster recovery plans to protect data and ensure business continuity.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and performing necessary maintenance tasks.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems, procedures, and user guides.
  • Project Management: Participating in IT projects, such as system upgrades and new technology implementations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and other team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Security Awareness: Understanding of security best practices and ability to implement security measures.
  • Very professional.
  • Very discreet.
  • Must live around the Gwarimpa, Life Camp, Kubwa, Jabi environs.
