Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and security of the clinic’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot the Electronic Medical Records system and other healthcare software.
- Ensure data security, backup, and compliance with relevant IT and healthcare regulations.
- Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Conduct regular system updates, maintenance, and cybersecurity measures.
- Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for efficient technology solutions.
- Manage the clinic’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring engaging and professional content.
- Design and create promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and digital ads, for both online and offline use.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, engagement, and online reputation, providing regular performance reports.
- Respond to patient inquiries and feedback on digital platforms professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to promote services, health tips, and awareness campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT management, social media handling, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in IT support, network administration, and software troubleshooting in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and healthcare IT compliance.
- Experience with social media management & graphic design tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
