This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Governance Analyst at Access Bank Plc in Lagos. The IT Governance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the IT department is aligned with the Bank’s strategy and objectives by assessing, developing, and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and control framework. The IT Governance Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that IT risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported to stakeholders across the bank. This role will be located in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Compliance, or related roles
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks in the financial industry
  • Experience with IT risk management and enterprise risk management frameworks such as COBIT
  • Experience with audits, compliance and control frameworks such as ISO, SOX, and PCI-DSS
  • Experience with IT policies and procedures development and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data-driven decision making
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalents is an added advantage
