Description
- Must have expertise in front-end and back-end computer engineering.
- Must be open to continuous learning and development.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Support data backup and recovery processes.
- Ensure IT security and privacy policies are enforced.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage procurement of necessary tools and equipment.
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations and equipment.
- Provide user training and create user guides as needed.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software deployments.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support when required.
Requirements
- The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 years work experience.
