Description 

  • Must have expertise in front-end and back-end computer engineering.
  • Must be open to continuous learning and development.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Support data backup and recovery processes.
  • Ensure IT security and privacy policies are enforced.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage procurement of necessary tools and equipment.
  • Assist in setting up new employee workstations and equipment.
  • Provide user training and create user guides as needed.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software deployments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support when required.

Requirements

  • The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 years work experience.
