Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
- Ensure network security and data protection.
- Manage and update the agency’s database and recruitment software.
- Install and configure new technology and software as needed.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of network management and data security.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and databases is a plus.
