Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through networking, online research, and referrals
- Client engagement: Reaching out to potential clients to start conversations and build relationships
- Business development: Helping clients understand how technology can help them use data across channels
- Revenue growth: Working to increase revenue and expand the client base
- Customer acquisition: Helping to achieve customer acquisition goals
Technical knowledge
Candidates must have the following:
- A thorough understanding of the products and services they sell
- Be able to discuss product specifications with clients
- Be able to explain complex technical concepts to customers
Sales skills
- Have excellent selling skills
- Understand sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Be able to negotiate prices and service agreements
- Be able to work well under pressure
Communication skills
- Be able to clearly communicate verbally
- Be able to craft presentations to demonstrate product features
- Be able to write reports and proposals
- Be able to follow up with clients to receive product feedback
Other skills

- BSC or HND in Computer Science or other related field
