IT Sales Executive at Peakware Group

Job Summary:

  • As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling IT solutions from different OEMs. You will play a key role in helping the company work with top IT brands, ensuring successful sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have experience selling different IT solutions, strong customer connections, and previous engagement with various OEMs

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, and direct sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the market and grow revenue.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of IT solutions, ensuring successful deal closure.
  • Work closely with top IT brands and OEMs to position their products effectively in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profit margins

IT Solutions Sales & Brand Partnerships

  • Assess various IT brands and recommend the top brands for the company to work with. Sell a wide range of IT solutions, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise solutions.
  • Work with multiple OEMs and align with their sales strategies, pricing, and incentive programs.
  • Stay updated with new IT trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and IT managers.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored IT solutions.

Vendor & OEM Collaboration

  • Establish and maintain relationships with different OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Leverage OEM training, certifications, and incentive programs to drive sales.
  • Stay informed about vendor product roadmaps, pricing changes, and promotions.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate client and sales data.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
  • Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.

Key Performance Indicator

  • Business Development & Sales Execution: Achieve a quarterly sales revenue growth of at least 20% and acquire a minimum of 5 new clients.
  • IT Solutions Sales & Brand Partnerships: Generate at least $500k in IT solutions sales revenue every 6 months and establish partnerships with at least 2 new OEMs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a customer retention rate of at least 90% and achieve a customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 8/10 or higher.
  • Vendor & OEM Collaboration: Establish and maintain partnerships with at least 3 key OEMs and achieve a revenue growth of at least 15% from OEM partnerships.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain a CRM data accuracy rate of at least 99% and achieve a very high level sales forecast accuracy rate.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, solution selling, or technology business development.
  • Proven track record of selling IT solutions and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience working with multiple IT brands, OEMs, and distributors.

Technical & Sales Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, enterprise software, and hardware.
  • Deep understanding of OEM partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales automation platforms.
