Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team! 
  • As an IT Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and technology. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices 
  • Install and update software and hardware 
  • Monitor system performance and report issues to management 
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues 
  • Document technical issues and resolutions 
  • Bold, lively, inspiring, and exciting when speaking to individuals and audience. 

Requirements

  • Educational qualification - BSC in Information Technology with 2+ years of IT experience 
  • A+ or equivalent certification - Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems 
  • Experience with IT service management software 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) 
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices - Certification in cybersecurity or networking 
  • Successful candidates MUST be available to resume immediately.
