Within this framework, the Recruitment Division conducts behaviorally based interviews, thoroughly verifies submitted references, and investigates all previous positions held by a candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Managerin installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, software, and peripherals.
  • Provide basic technical support to clients for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Help maintain IT assets, including tracking hardware, software, and licenses for clients.
  • Support the IT Manager in monitoring network performance and reporting connectivity or system issues.
  • Learn and follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND qualification or B.Sc Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools.
  • Hands on network engineering experience and basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interest in IT, a continuous learning mindset, and a willingness to contribute to various IT functions.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with users, vendors and other IT personnel.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
