Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Managerin installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, software, and peripherals.
- Provide basic technical support to clients for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help maintain IT assets, including tracking hardware, software, and licenses for clients.
- Support the IT Manager in monitoring network performance and reporting connectivity or system issues.
- Learn and follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- OND / HND qualification or B.Sc Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools.
- Hands on network engineering experience and basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in IT, a continuous learning mindset, and a willingness to contribute to various IT functions.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with users, vendors and other IT personnel.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
