Job Description
- Manage the assigned computer and copier service team member.s.
- Lead, coach and train team members.
- Develop and implement strategic initiative for team.
- Be an escalation point of contact to handle issues and involves direct leadership as needed.
- Monitor team coverage, oversee personnel time off approval, make sure that back ups are in place and redistribute.
